Stress & Anxiety Services offers a fully virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) . Our program provides structured, specialized care using gold-standard therapies including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD—all from the comfort of home.

2. Get your questions answered in a pre-intake call

Our Intake Coordinator will give you a call, answer your questions, and guide your way during the pre-intake screening.

3. Intake with your therapist

After the call, your assigned therapist will contact you to get you scheduled.

Due to the recent Federal “No Surprises Act” that went into effect on 1/1/2022, we are required by law to provide you with an ESTIMATED of the cost of therapy.
